We did prepare the special picnic lunch for Frigiliana☆ tourist office recommend us to go up to the hill, and it was great. But why nobody there? Balcon de europe in Nerja where we changed the bus to Frigliana from Maraga -travel note access from Malaga to Frigiliana Take Alsa bus from puerto de malaga(near malaga center) to Nerja and then change bus to Frigliana. We took a bus near our hostel, “EL PALO”. Alsa bus did not come to the “EL PALO” bus stop on the main street(Calle Almeria), it’s on a street named Av. Salvador Allende, beach side. Please take care. Alsa bus from Malaga to Nerja :1h 20min/4.52€ every 1 hour Nerja to Frigliana:15-20min/2€（I don’t really remember.）

We had a yoga lesson in TORREMOLINOS (10 train minutes from the airport, 25train/bus minutes from Malaga). It was very nice to see yoga teacher, Mr. Simon.

We are lucky to find our favorite cafe during stay in Granada!! While traveling spain this is the best desayuno(breakfast) which we ate at cafe. There is no cafe menu but desayuno was very cheap,coffee taste great. Stuff is kind enough to listen to my extremely slow spanish I’ve just learnt. Spanish word “jam” (pronounced yam) is not fruits jam, it is ham in English. スペインでの最初の移動は長距離バスでグラナダへ。アラブ人街のアルバイシンを抜けるとサボテンが茂った斜面になり、斜面に穴を掘って人が住んでいる。サクロモンテの洞窟住宅だ。現在作っている最中の洞窟もある。普通につるはしで一人で掘っている。観光客がよく行くところは多分電気も水道もあるのだけど、ちょっと奥にいくと、まったくなにもインフラがない洞窟住宅もたくさんある。伝統的にロマの街だけれど、普通っぽい人もいるようにみえる。最近はこういう暮らしをしたい人が住み始めているんじゃないかと思う。小さいけれど綺麗に可愛らしく庭や建物を作っている。 サクロモンテの丘は景色が最高。アルハンブラ宮殿もよく見える。

【情報】 スールバスターミナル（６号環状線のMendes Alvaro駅）にて バス会社ALSAの券売機で当日購入。毎時一本くらい出ている。 ネットで予約すると5ユーロ手数料がかかる。 所用５時間18ユーロ。 掲示板に買ったチケットのバスがなかったのでインフォメーションで聞くと乗り場は19か20だという事がすぐに分かった。なぜ表示されていないのかは分からない。

マドリッドでいけてたショッピング通り
マドリッドのショッピング通り　SOL駅付近 長い飛行機移動の末やっとマドリッドに到着。スペインでの最初の宿はユアンのところ。ユアンはマドリッドでアーティストレジデントを運営していて、私たちはそのゲストルームに泊まった。アーティストでもあるユアンとキャロと話をした。”Ke Passa” というスペイン語を教えてもらった。これは元気？みたいな感じで英語で言うところの”What’s up!”これからのスペイン旅行でこの言葉をいっぱい使う事になった。 -Where we visit– ・Monte Pinos -小さなお店も併設されたローカルカフェ。初めてのスペインのコーヒーは、とてもおいしくて、値段も2ユーロでデサユーノ(朝食）、トーストにカフェ。来る客みんなが知り合いのようで、挨拶したり、軽く体を叩きあったりしている。こういうフレンドリーなラテンな感じ、好きだな。 住所:Paseo del Doctor Vallejo Nágera, 42, 28005 Madrid, Spain ・ マヨルカ広場:特に特別ではない ・サンミゲル市場:スペインのタパスとかピンチョスがどんなものかを見るのに良かった。ツーリスティックで野菜などは売っていない。 ・ソフィア王妃芸術センター -ピカソのゲルニカがあることで有名。夜20:00から入場無料。こんなすばらしい作品を誰もが見る事ができるなんてなんていいサービスなんだろう。絶対に行くべき。ゲルニカのスケッチも見る事ができるし、めちゃくちゃ感動した。 ・Desigual ディジグアル:たまたま入ったお店で、それまでこのブランドも知らなかった。スペインの有名なブランドで、デザインがユニークで楽しめた。かわいいワンピースをこの旅の一着に購入。 www.desigual.com

マイソールはちょっとした高原で湿度も低く、過ごしやすい。 ちょうどブドウとバナナのシーズンで、通りには僕の好きな青ブドウが溢れていました。 インド人はみんな親切だし意外と安全に感じたけれど、お金持ちの中年男性は、ちょっと傲慢な感じのする人が多い。若者は大抵思いやりがあって清々（すがすが）しいけれどそれは世界共通か。 いつも通りほとんど予備知識のないまま街に入ったのでとりあえず中心地へ行ったけれど、アシュタンガヨガのアシュラムやそれを目指している旅行者はみんな郊外にいる。 マイソール、出発の日の朝のパレス 朝、ホテルより
