coolest shopping street in Madrid I felt.
main shopping street in Madrid in common. Finally got in Madrid for a long flight. We stayed Juan’s place at first night in Spain. He is running artist in resident in Madrid, and we stayed one of the guest room. We talked with him and Ciaro(I don’t know how to spell…), they are also artist. He told me first Spanish conversation “Ke pasa!”, it means “What’s up!”. We are going to use this words lot in Spain. -Where we visit– ・Monte Pinos -very local cafe with small grocery shop. it was first Spanish coffee for me, taste was really great—-and cheep like less than 2€ for “desayuno”(breakfast)-cafe and toast. amazing. Every customer seems know each other, they say hallo and tapping the body. I like this friendly, latin mood. address:Paseo del Doctor Vallejo Nágera, 42, 28005 Madrid, Spain ・ Plaza de Mallorca: not special ・Mercado de Sanmiguel: it’s nice too see what is “tapas” and “pinchos”, but it is touristic place. no fresh vegetable. ・Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía:art museum, famous for Picaso’s “Guernica”. Form 20:00 entrance free. it is super kind and nice that everybody can see such a master piece for free!! You MAST go to see, super impressive to see Picaso’s art work and you can also see the preliminary sketches of it. ・Desigual shop:I happen to visit the shop, at that time I didn’t know the brand. It is spanish famous fashion brand. I enjoyed its unique design and got lovely one-piece dress for this journey! www.desigual.com

This morning I found the small bird was died. Died in the cage. The small bird called white eye, was captured, wounded by accident. My dad had put the persimmon at the garden. Dad had meant to feed birds. But the sticky glue was on a surface of the persimmon. It was once used for mouse trap. Some glue was remained on the persimmon. “It was careless of me” ,dad said. When dad came back from walking with the dog. He found the bird sticked to the fruits. The bird struggle to escape,and lost his feather. Dad bought the bird-cage and was taking care of the bird, feed him, see him. I heard about the story last night when I came back to home for new year. I asked if I could see the bird if it’s OK. or not. But dad told me the bird is fine and better left him alone not to scare him at the night. I found the bird laid down on a cage next morning, means this morning. He was died apparently. I took him on my hand. he was really small bird. Feather was really soft, smooth, and I could feel warmth. But his foot was cold like a metal. Dad made small hole and I buried the small bird died. Put the incense on the small mountain. Hands together, closed eyes for pray. It is really sad story of me end of this year.

According to my friend, she is also vegetalian, his recipe is complicated, but I prefer his recipe, cause it’s delicious. I often make carrot cake from his book, sometimes make tarte, gateau au chocolate, chiffon cake, tiramisu for special day. 今年も一年沢山の笑顔をありがとうございました。すてきな一日を☆三 横浜のお家の柚子を使って、柚子のヴィーガンタルトを作りました。 お菓子はいつも、パトリシオガルシアのレシピ本「砂糖を使わないお菓子」を参考に作ることが多いです。私と同じくベジタリアンの友達によると、材料が色々必要だったり、少し複雑なレシピらしいのですが、とても美味しく作れるので私は気に入っています。 この中のキャロットケーキが良く作るケーキの定番ですが、特別な休日にはタルトや豆腐のガトーショコラ、シフォンケーキ、ティラミスを作ります。

We are taking care of a dog now temporally. His name is Nicole. His ex-owner was looking for a new owner. And Ai’s mother raise her hand. Nicole was one and half year’s old. And a year has passed since then. Ai’s parents and we are keep training regularly. And now Nicole and us can spend without stress for both of us everyday except barking problem for stranger at the door. Training dog is training ourself to be a good owner. In our case, I must say we are not partner because Nicole has to adapt human society. Don’t bark, don’t pee around, wait until we come back from the supermarket, be nice to neighbors…   We are taking care of a dog now temporally. His name is Nicole.
