柿渋作り
Unexpectedly it was hard to find a sour persimmon.
But I made it, at the corner of the street.

method:
1. Food processor soon after harvesting
2. Squeeze using cloth
that’s it.
It could be used right a way, but people wait for one week till it gets matured.
attention:
